    Lovely pub atmosphere, good selection of beers and a nice seating area out the front which certainly catches the sun.

    Squeezed us in for Sunday lunch as quite popular amongst the locals. Bigger parties who arrived after us were directed to the bar where they also served the same menu. Lovely friendly welcome from the hosts and excellent service from the waiting staff. Great food selection including Sunday roast. We had the roast beef and pork option Sunday roast. Delicious with lots of fresh vegetables. Good selection of decent wine and excellent beer keeping. Lovely pub in the lovely village of Hartington. Thank you for squeezing us in xx
